Trinity lässt sich nicht mehr wiederbeleben

Hallo Zusammen,
ich bin am verzweifeln, habe ne Trinity bei ebay gekauft die angeblich falsch geflasht wurde.
Das ist normalerweise kein Problem, aber bei mir klappts leider nicht.
Es ist eine Shiner. Ich habe die entsprechenden Files auf einen Stick kopiert und das übliche Prozedere gemacht.
Aber es kommt beim Flashen des Images immer die folgende Fehlermeldung:
** Invalid boot device **
** Skipping rootfs1.arm.jffs2.nand **
** Invalid boot device **
** Skipping var.arm.jffs2.nand **
resetting ...

Hier bleibt sie dann stehn und es geht nicht mehr weiter.
Auf dem Bildschirm wird dann das Coolstream Logo angezeigt.
