Neo2 Flashproblem

Ich habe eine NEO2 geschenkt bekommen auf der ein recht altes "fremd" Image (re....Image) ist. Ich möchte dort ein aktuelles NI Image flashen.

Ich gehe fest davon aus das der Kernel auf der Box zu alt ist und auf dem "normalen" Weg der Flashvorgang zum Kernel Panic führt.
Ich wollte nun nach https://www.neutrino-images.de/board/vi ... php?t=1923 vorgehen. Jedoch bootet die Box dann ganz normal ohne den Flashvorgang zu beginnen.
Die Dateien habe ich entsprechend umbenannt und in den coolstream Ordner kopiert.
Beim Eijnschalten der Box halte ich unmittelbar nach dem kurzem abschalten der PowerLEDs die Powertaste fest dann blinkt einmal ganz kurz die LED im Stick, das wars. Die Box startet dann mit dem alten Image.
Ich habe jetzt extra einen anderen Stick mit LED benutzt. Früher hatte ich meine alte HD1 Box nur mit Cruser Blade Sticks flashen können, aber diese Sticks haben keine LEDs (damit funktioniert es aber auch nicht).

Ich hatte schon ein Log gemacht, aber da sehe ich keinen versuchten oder abgebrochenen Flashvorgang.

Hier habe ich das Log mal abgebrochen (ich glaube bis dahin sollte der Vorgang wenn es funktioniert hätte längst zu erkennen sein.

Wie soll geflasht werden wenn nicht von USB gelesen wird. Unterbreche den Bootvorgang und versuche den Stick manuell zu starten.

Tut es auch, aber dazu muss erstmal der Stick von der Neo erkannt werden....

Evtl. auch 2x die Powertaste drücken....
